Match Night Table Layout
When there are home matches taking place, the table layout will be as set out below.
- Match tables M1 and M2 use the far half of the hall with 4 barriers separating the matches and the dividing curtain fully drawn. Matches will use 2 of the Butterfly National League 25 tables.
- Up to 3 practice tables can be set up in the near half of the hall with 4 barriers separating each practice table.
- Practice tables are set up only when needed in the sequence shown, and taken down when no longer required.
- Chairs can be set up when needed and stored away when no longer required
- The Sponeta table should NOT be used as it is the most difficult to move.
No Match Table Layout
When there are no home matches taking place, the table layout will be as set out below.
- Up to 6 practice tables can be set up.
- Practice tables are set up only when needed in the sequence shown, and taken down when no longer required.
- The Sponeta table should be used last (as table 6) to avoid moving it unnecessarily and to minimise the distance moved if it is needed.
- Gaps should be left at the end of the barriers and at each end of the dividing curtain to make it easier to move around the tables and to avoid the need to stop over the barriers.
- Chairs can be set up when needed and stored away when no longer required
